A native Android app

The AI coach that actually rewrites your plan.

GymGPT builds your weekly split and sets your macros, then changes both as your week goes sideways. Tell it “my shoulder hurts” and it swaps out the lifts that would aggravate it. You never fill in a form.

How it works

You talk.
Your plan changes.

Other apps hand you advice and leave the editing to you. GymGPT does the editing itself, using everything it already knows about your training.

Coach logs your food Coach rewrites your plan around an injury What your coach remembers
  1. “I ate 1800 calories today.”

    Your macros update.

There’s no database to search and nothing to scan. Describe the meal the way you’d say it out loud and the numbers move.

  2. “My shoulder hurts, adjust my plan.”

    Your week gets rewritten.

It finds every day that would load the shoulder, swaps those lifts for something kinder, and tells you what it changed.

  3. “I don’t like squats, swap them.”

    It remembers.

Corrections get saved, so you only have to say it once. Over a few weeks the plan drifts towards the training you’ll actually do.

Questions

The usual ones.

Where can I get it?

GymGPT is an Android app and it’s in testing at the moment, ahead of going up on the Play Store. There’s nothing to run in your browser.

What does it cost?

The main app is free: your plan, workout logging, progress, streaks and achievements. Pro is optional and unlocks unlimited open-ended coaching chat.

Do I need a gym?

No. Tell it what you’ve got, whether that’s a full gym or one pair of dumbbells, and the plan gets built around that, your days and your time.

Is my data private?

Your profile stays on your device. You can read everything the coach remembers about you, and wipe it with one tap.

Which devices?

Android phones, and only those for now. There’s no iPhone build and no web version. Your data stays on the device it’s installed on.
